Ada Bidospice - Character Concept

Ada is a child of Clan Bibli, a group of shapeshifters dedicated to the discovery, preservation and spreading of information of all sorts.

Biblites inherit their names and faces from members of the previous generation under whom they apprentice. Ada is, then, 9th of the name, having apprenticed under Ada Bittospice, Keeper of Tea, 8th of the name and face. Biblites take their names when an apprenticeship first begins, and the face is earned when they succeed their predecessor. Until Biblites earn their face, the hair is worn long in front and parted only to allow necessary functions. Traditionally, Biblites will not form a second eye until their apprenticeship is complete.

At 19 years old, Ada 9th has reached the nomadic solo stage of her training as Keeper of Tea, whereupon she must travel the world in search of great and unique flavours of all kinds. Accompanied by her trusty arcane rifle, Ada sets out on her quest to create the ultimate brew...
